Advertisements in Grace magazine

Advertisements for publication in the magazine can be sent to Grace Advertising either on disk or by e-mail.

Deadline. All material for publication in the magazine must arrive at least five weeks before the first Sunday of the publication month. The editors reserve the right to refuse any advertisement or require its wording to be changed to their satisfaction.

Copy. Copy can be submitted either as PDFs, or as rich text files (rtfs). Graphics accompanying rtfs should be formatted as JPEGs at 300 ppi. It would be appreciated if graphics attached to e-mailed files are compressed (zipped).

Advertisements on the Grace website

Advertisements for publication on the website are accepted in addition to, and not as substitutes for, advertisements placed in the magazine. Advertisements for publication on the web site should meet the format requirements described above and can be sent either via the post to:

Deadline  Copy must arrive at least three weeks before the desired on-line date. The required duration of the advert on line should be specified at time of submission.

If short notice adverts are required to be placed, please e-mail the webmaster before submitting copy.

Invoices will be issued from the same address as that for adverts placed in the magazine. Similarly all payments must be sent to that address.

Advertising costs

Adverts in the magazine. 

Please note - there is a £1.50 handling charge unless payment is received with your copy. Copy sent by e-mail must include an invoice address, and payment must be received within one week of invoice date to avoid the handling charge, or four weeks for overseas orders.

If a receipt is required, please include s.a.e. with payment.

When advertising meetings please include the initials with names of those taking part.

Adverts on the website

Adverts placed on the website to accompany those placed in the magazine cost an additional 10% of the cost of the advert placed in the magazine per month, with a minimum charge of £2.00.
